DESCRIPTION:Start off the weekend right by joining your neighbors for a walk on Guilford’s beautiful back-roads. This group will meet rain or shine\, as long as the roads are passable\, honoring the Norwegian saying “There is no bad weather\, only unsuitable clothes”. \n\n\nThe group will meet on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am\, at the Covered Bridge. Participants can choose which direction to walk from there. \nDogs are welcome on a leash. \nIf you would like to see another walk organized in town\, let us know when and where you would like to meet! \nCheers from your Recreation Commission

This year\, Guilford’s Town Meeting will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday\, February 28\, at the Guilford Central School (374 School Road). Coffee\, baked goods\, and a hearty lunch will be offered by the Guilford Country Store. \nWhat is voted “from the floor” at Town Meeting?\nBudget Articles\nPublic Questions\nLocal Officials: \n\nModerator (1)\nLibrary Trustees (2)\nTrustees of Public Funds (1)\nCemetery Commissioners (1)\n\n Come join your neighbors for this 200+ year- old Vermont tradition\, where residents have a say in local government. REMINDER: Australian Ballot voting will take place at the Broad Brook Community Center on Tuesday\, March 3. Australian Ballots for the March 3 election will not be available at the Saturday Town Meeting.
