DESCRIPTION:The Guilford Recreation Commission is pleased to be able to offer a weekly meditation group at the Broad Brook Community Center\, at 7 AM. This group will pilot for the next 3 months\, and if there is enough community interest\, will continue longer. \nAbout the facilitator\, Mitchell H: With over 2.5 decades of experience\, Mitchell has practiced and taught yoga asana\, meditation and breathing techniques (including pranayama\, breath kriya) to youth\, elders\, and everyone in between.
