SUMMARY:GVFD Bake Sale at the Guilford Welcome Center
DESCRIPTION:The Guilford Volunteer Fire Dept is holding a fundraiser/bake sale at the Welcome Center Coffee Break on Saturday\, October 11\, 2025.  Anyone who wished to bake/donate to this would be greatly appreciated.  We hear many appreciation words on our variety of options from the visitors who stop for refreshments.  This is one of our best fundraisers.  Gluten free is a request from many as is no nuts.  Someone will be at the station Friday\, Oct. 10 form 4:30pm to 6:00pm for drop-off.  Thank you in advance.

DESCRIPTION:Start off the weekend right by joining your neighbors for a walk on Guilford’s beautiful back-roads. This group will meet rain or shine\, as long as the roads are passable\, honoring the Norwegian saying “There is no bad weather\, only unsuitable clothes”. \n\n\nThe group will meet on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am\, at the Covered Bridge. Participants can choose which direction to walk from there. \nDogs are welcome on a leash. \nIf you would like to see another walk organized in town\, let us know when and where you would like to meet! \nCheers from your Recreation Commission
