GUILFORD CONSERVATION COMMISSION

SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

July 31, 2025, 5:30 pm

The Guilford Conservation Commission held a brief Special Meeting on July 25, 2025 at 5:30 pm via Zoom to discuss a single question related to the printing of the Natural Resource Inventory.

The question- Shall the Guilford Conservation Commission change the number of copies of our initial printing of the Natural Resource Inventory from the amount originally authorized at our July 17 meeting?

Present- Wm. Jewell, Linda Hecker, Anne Montgomery, Steve Soszynski, Susan Bonthron, Katie Shea

Absent- Alex Lacy, Josh Farr

Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm.

After brief discussion, the board voted unanimously by roll call to increase the number of printed copies of the Natural Resource Inventory from 30 to 50, at a cost of $627.14.  It will be available for sale to interested parties at various locations throughout town.

Meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
