Auditors Meeting Draft Minutes 1.26.26

The Guilford Elected Auditors met by zoom on Monday, January 26,  at 4 PM.

Meeting began at 4:01 PM with Lesley Malouin, Lyndsey Mitchell, Rita Lashway and Cathi Wilken present.

We discussed the progress of the Annual Report and reviewed the current layout with Lesley. Discussing missing reports, we determined that Cathi would check dates for Library trustees Sandra and Nika, that Lyndsey would edit AIDS and Community Park, Cathi would edit SEVCA, and Reita would edit the inside cover and town officers. The dedication and Listers report will be here tomorrow. Still no selectboard report or Asset Management. Budget will be here after the Selectboard meeting on Wednesday.

We discussed the content of the Auditors’ Statement, which now includes Lyndsey’s summary of the findings from the professional audit. The final version was agreed upon by all.  

By the  28th most everything should be here and we should begin to proofread the final version.

Meeting ended at 5 PM
