The Auditors of the Town of Guilford will met by zoom on Monday, July 29, at 4 PM.

minutes 7/29, 4 PM, present Bob Tucker, Paul Belogour, Cathi Wilken taking notes.
We began by describing Paul and Cathi’s meeting with Bonnie, the Town’s professional
auditor. Then we discussed our role in conjunction with the professional auditors. We’ll
aim for quarterly reports of the Town financial status.
We also discussed the physical development of the Annual Report itself. Paul will
explore design and printing options. Cathi will begin working on the memories.
We discussed how to respond to Jason Herron’s letter.
We’ll meet briefly to formulate a plan of responding.Thursday at 10 AM to give us time to review
the letter.
