GUILFORD CEMETERY COMMISSION MEETING

THURSDAY 17 APRIL 2025  9:30 a.m.

ELMHURST CEMETERY

Cemetery Commissioners Present:

Nancy Detra, Eric Feindel, Carol Schnabel

Absent:

Eric Morse, Kyle Parker

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order at 9:35 a.m.

Approval of Minutes:

The minutes were approved as submitted.

Additions or changes to Order of Agenda:

Map reprint

Old Business:

VOCA meeting May 3- information was sent to commissioners and all received it.

New Business:

We reviewed plans for our VOCA work day at Elmhurst Cemetery- new date is Saturday June 7.  We need to let volunteers know of the change in date.

We also have to publicize the date change.  Front Porch Forum, BBCC newsletter, Facebook. 

We reviewed the budget and will go ahead with arranging for lunch to be provided.

We reviewed the supplies that are needed. 

The Town Office ran out of cemetery maps and Erika will make more copies.

We assessed the condition of Elmhurst and Maplehurst Cemeteries.

We decided to meet next month at Elmhurst to get things ready for June 7.
