Support Group meets the first and third Thursday of the month from 1:00-2:00 pm at Broad Brook Community Center.
Seniors meet to chat about the many aspects of aging in place; health, fitness, communication with family, wisdom from life experiences, or something new we hadn’t thought of before! Participants determine what comes up.
Our facilitators, Deb Albright and Mary Libby, believe that “Getting together makes life better”. All are welcome to join in any time, bask in the sharing and savor the warmth of company . And, of course, strict confidentiality always prevails.
