Meeting Minutes

Grievance Hearing held on June 23, 2025

Listers: Steve Soszynski, Shaun Murphy and Assessor Clerk Lisa Barry conducted the 2025 Grievance hearing at the town office as required by statute on June 23, 2025.

The duly warned meeting commenced at 3:00 P.M. on this date.

Three grievance notifications by three town property owners had been received.

#1) At 3:55 an owner of Property Parcel # 623 presented information to the officials present reasons for the Grievance requested.  Discussion ensued between the owner and those present.  At 4:14 the hearing concluded with instructions given to the owner on further steps that can be pursued if required.

#2) At 4:37 the officials present recorded and read out load a letter received from the owner of parcel #375.1 describing the reasons for the grievance hearing request.  At 4:45 the hearing was concluded.

#3) At 4:55 the officials present recorded and read out load a letter received from the owner of parcel #535 describing the reasons for the grievance hearing request.  At 5:10 the hearing was concluded.

At approximately 5:15 the officials present met in closed meeting to discuss the three-grievance requests presented by property owners.  The results of the hearing was concluded and the required letters describing the results of the hearing were composed and mailed to the three property owners.

The 2025 Property owner grievance period concluded the required responses and adjourned at 6:00
