Minutes Guilford Conservation Commission Special Meeting

September 25, 2025

The Guilford Conservation Commission held a Special Meeting Thursday, September 25, 2025, right before the presentation about Flood Safety Act (Act 121), co-sponsored with the Planning Commission.

Called to order: 6:45 pm

Attending:

Linda Hecker, Steve Soszynski, Bill Jewell, Katie Shea, Josh Farr

Absent: Alex Lacey, Susan Bonthron, Anne Montgomery

We moved and seconded the following motion:  Shall the Conservation Commission authorize an expenditure of $225 to BCTV to video-record a presentation about Beech Leaf Disease on October 10, 2-4 pm at the Broad Brook Community Center.

The motion was passed unanimously.

The meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm
