Notary services are available at the Guilford Town Office during the following hours:

MONDAY10 AM – 4 PM
TUESDAY9 AM – 5 PM
WEDNESDAY9 AM – 5 PM
THURSDAY9 AM – 5 PM

What is required:

In order to have a document notarized:

  • All parties signing must be present.
  • The document you wish to notarize must be completed, for the exception of signature/s.
  • You must present a Valid photo ID that meets state requirements.
  • Any other individuals (with proper ID) who will be signing the document
  • You must be aware and willing to sign, anyone under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will be denied.

Notary services are free of charge. If there is an urgency or strict deadline for the Notarized document, please call ahead to confirm availability.
