Guilford Rec Meeting.  8/13/25

Present: Ragan, Meghan, Uriel, Taylor, Kelsey

  1. Intramural Sports:
    – 3 rounds of outreach on Socials
    – 2 on FPF
    – Next meetup will be 8/24 and be kickball

2 Fiber Arts:
– Going strong!

3 Yoga:
– Lindsay would like someone to alternate or fill gaps for when she can’t be there.

– Email contact list and see if we can find another person to offer this

4 Trunk or Treat:

-Nov 1st

-Ragan will make poster for outreach closer to

5 Brochure:

-Beautiful job, Uriel! Maybe submit to Gazette?

6 Website:

-Uriel is talking about reorganizing and updating site for more accessibility

7 Next Meeting:

– Will be 9/10
