Conservation Commission Agenda Special Joint Meeting w/ Planning Commission 11.20.24 6:30PM

The Guilford Conservation Commission will meet with the Planning Commission to learn
about conservation easements from representatives of 3 Vermont-based conservation
organizations. We will not conduct regular business during the meeting. The public is invited
to attend. An audio recording of the meeting will be posted on the town website following
the meeting.

– Call to order at 6:30 pm
– Adjust agenda if needed
– Overview presentations by special guests, who will attend via zoom
– Mary Ellen Copeland: Green Mountain Conservancy
– Jennifer Garrett: Vermont Land Trust
– Hayley Kolding: Vermont River Conservancy
– Questions from commission members and public about conservation easements
– Adjourn: 8:00 pm (estimated)
