    -Thank you to Nika!
    -Select a new Secretary for future trustee meetings.
    -Replacement for Nika’s term, trustees need to select someone to recommend to Selectboard to appoint to serve until town meeting 2026.
    -Executive Session to discuss the appointment or employment or evaluation of a public officer or employee per 1 VSA § 313 (a)(3).
