Listers Meeting Minutes 7.23.25

Lister office town of Guilford Vermont

The meeting was called to order by Shaun Murphy at 11:35 on Wednesday July 23, 2025.

In attendance: Shaun Murphy, Dick Smith, Steve Sosynski, Listers and Lisa Barry Assessor Clerk for the town of Guilford.

Shaun stated that the purpose of the meeting was to finalize and clarify the Guilford Grand List following the grievance hearings completed in June.  The grand list is now in compliance with the results of the grievance hearings.

A motion was made by Shaun to accept the Grand List 2025 for the town of Guilford.

The vote result was unanimous with three Aye’s.

A motion for adjournment was called and voted in the affirmative.

The meeting ended at 11:37
