Planning Commission DRAFT Minutes 10.23.24

Planning Commission members attending: Charlie Light, Jeannette Tokarz, Nathaniel Matthiesen, Marty Ramsburg and Zon Eastes (Select board liaison

Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 6:38pm.

Recognition of the Public: No Public

Rules and Procedures: No changes, as outlined by Select Board. Basic respect and civility

Changes to Agenda:  None

Marty moved to accept the minutes from the September meeting. Charlie seconded and motion was carried unanimously.

Updates & New Business: 

Marty accepted the job of PC liaison with people in Guilford working on trails. Recognize that there are different interests involved in using trails: snowmobile, hiking, biking, ATVs. Private vs public issues as well.

PC Business liaison to be done by Christina, Lisa Ford and Ally West.

Charlie volunteered to be PC liaison with Recreation commission and Emergency Management folks.

Discussed putting more up to date stuff on town website and having quarterly report from SB, PC and other town commissions included as regular items in the Guilford Gazette.

Discussed hiring BCTV for audio/video recording of major meetings.

Discussed Nov. 20the joint meeting with Conservation Commission.

Motion to adjourn was made by Martyl and seconded by Nathaniel. The vote was unanimous and the meeting was adjourned at 7:35pm.
