The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a possible increase regarding the annual Bullock scholarship funds available to defray students’ expenses at any 2-year, 4-year, post graduate or technical college program.

  • Review minutes of the last informational meeting on 5/8/25
    • This meeting was not warned, was informational only, and with no actions taken
    • From this point forward, all meetings of the Trustees of Public Funds will follow VT OML statute, as a non-Advisory Board.
  • Review current financial status of the Guilford’s Bullock fund with Spencer Adams of Edward Jones.
  • Discuss a possible increase to annual available scholarships while maintaining the base amount for investment.
