AUDITORS MEETING MINUTES

Thursday, August 1 at 10 AM.

Began meeting about 10:15. Read and discussed our possible response to Jason’s letter, written by Tucker. Discussed concern of Tucker for possible changes in the Annual Report and ways to improve the presentation of the numbers, and the numbers to report.

Tucker wants to read the audit report from the professional auditor, including the notes, and will arrange to do that with Elly.

We discussed the final letter and how it will be delivered, signed by all of us, and mailed, keeping a copy of it in our files, along with Jason’s original letter.

Finished the meeting about 10:45.
