Meeting Minutes for Exploratory Discussion on Regional Cooperation on Highway Crew Recruitment, Training, and Retention
A mix of Windham County towns and local organizations convened on 8.25.2026 to consider a regional approach to resolving challenges in recruiting, training, and retaining highway crew members. Because three Guilford Selectboard members chose to participate, the meeting was also warned as a special Selectboard meeting. Minutes and notes are attached.
