Auditors’ Meeting Minutes 07.22.24

The Auditors of the Town of Guilford met by zoom on Monday, July 22, at 4 PM.
Present were Cathi Wilken and Bob Tucker. The meeting started at 4:00 PM
We discussed the various aspects of producing the town report. Cathi and Erika
can use InDesign, and Lesley has left a mock-up with Erika, which Cathi will
obtain.
We discussed doing more monitoring of the Town’s fiscal situation during the
year. Tucker suggested reviewing budget vs. actual reports quarterly. What
other reports are appropriate? We’ll do the first review in October.
We’ll try to meet next Monday to discuss the meeting Paul and Cathi had with the
Town’s professional auditor, and our response to the letter written in May by
Jason Herron.
