BCA Special Meeting Minutes

February 28th @ 9:15am at the Guilford Central School

Present: Sara, Tara, Verandah, Sheila, Don, Cathi Roberta, Anna, Todd (Akiva), Uriel, Mike and Pat

  1. Call to Order: 9:20
  2. Appointment of Election workers
    1. On February 25th the Town Clerk became aware that the BCA had to meet and appoint Election workers for every election. To correct this error the Town Clerk had to call for a special meeting.
    2. The Town Clerk motioned to approve the following Election Workers:
      1. Jill Werefel
      2. Connie Burton
      3. Richard chapin
      4. Catherine Fournier
      5. Jean Tong
      6. Alison Mcrae
    3. Vote by roll call,
  3. Adjournment: 9:28am
