If you have an agenda item that you would like the Selectboard to consider at a regular meeting, contact and/or send it to Erika Elder, the Town Administrator, on or before noon on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled Selectboard meeting. The Selectboard chair is responsible for setting the agenda for all Selectboard meetings.
Please note: If a regularly scheduled Selectboard meeting falls on a Monday which is a designated public holiday, the Selectboard meeting will generally, but not always, be held on the Wednesday immediately following at 6:30 pm; unless otherwise changed by the Selectboard.
