Planning Commission DRAFT Minutes
Wednesday, March 13, 2024, 6:30 p.m., 236 School Rd, Guilford VT
Planning Commission members attending: Jethro Eaton, Julie Holland, Charles Light, Jeannette Tokarz, Nathanael Matthiesen , Marty Ramsburg, Christina Belogour
Public: Dan Mallach from DuBois and King
Call to Order. The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m.

Recognition of the Public 

Rules and Procedures No changes. Robert’s Rules of Order. 

Changes to Agenda. None 

Approval of Minutes: Julie moved to approve the minutes from the February 28, 2024 meeting and Christina seconded. The motion was carried unanimously. 

New Business 

1. Dan Mallach joined us with the latest version of the Strategic Planning Guide: Goals and Actions Chart. We started by reviewing the changes made from the last meeting from Action 1-3 and continued to give feedback and Dan made changes. On a goal/action about Guilford businesses there was an idea about inviting the BUHS students through their guidance counselors to a Guilford job fair so our businesses could interview the students and expose them to their hiring needs. 
Worked through all 6 goals and their strategies with Dan making edits. Discussed Guiford guide progress and possibility of creating other working groups to accomplish goals on our strategy chart. 

Christina moved to adjourn the meeting and the motion was seconded by Julie and was carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 8:02PM
