Meeting was called to order @ 6:34 pm

Members of the public in attendance were recognized (listed above)

Rules of procedure were reviewed

Changes to agenda order: Under last meeting follow up, item # 2, Town Plan update, was moved

ahead of item #1 Strategic Plan followup

Minutes of May 28, 2026 were approved unanimously. Christina made the motion, Jethro

seconded

Last Meeting Follow-up

1. Town Plan revision due 2030-proposed workplan

○ Guilford resident Bob Tobin presented a proposal to undertake a process to

‘reconcile’ the goals and actions in the Town Plan and our Strategic Plan to

determine a disposition for each, i.e., consolidate & keep, set aside, modify, etc. He

has already developed spreadsheets to facilitate this work with each goal having

been given preliminary disposition.

○ Once this process has been completed the Town Plan/Strategic Plan goals will

guide the ongoing work of the PC.

○ Attendees agreed with the overall structure and intentions of this effort.

■ Next steps

● 3 commissioners will work with Bob to review the spreadsheets:

Jeannette, Marty, Michael

● Christina will also review Economic Development goals; Jethro will

review the Housing goals

● Christina requested that the Commission develop a set of uniform

criteria to determine the disposition of goals and actions
