  1. Broad Brook Community Center Holiday Fair- Dec 2 – big success (Verandah and Mary)
  2. Nordic Ski lending – need someone to be in touch with library about shed key
  3. Survey update- Meghan
  4. Budget for 2025 – asked for $2300 – mary
  5. Synergy and meeting with other organizations: Meghan
