Wednesday, June 21, 2023, 6:30 p.m., 236 School Road, Guilford, VT

SELECTBOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Zon Eastes, Chair, Verandah Porche (via Zoom), Michael Becker, Tara Cheney, Rusty Marine

OFFICIALS/ STAFF PRESENT: Erika Elder (Town Administrator)

PRESENT in person: Maxwell Becker

PRESENT via ZOOM: Don McLean, Roberta Bremmer, Cynthia Clark, Betty Frye, Barry Aleshnick

  1. Appointment of Lister
    Last Meeting the SB accepted Shaun Murphy’s resignation as Lister. Shaun has reconsidered his resignation, at least until the current reappraisal process is completed.
    Michael: appreciates Shaun’s offer to reconsider. Michael Moved to accept Shaun Murphy as Lister, Rusty seconded.
    Zon: Shaun’s letter states he will serve until Guilford has issued the 411 report and the Grand List materials to the State.
    Verandah: Everyone please ask people you know if they are willing to serve as lister
    Vote was by roll call. All were in favor. None were opposed. None abstained. Motion carried.

Rusty moved to adjourn, Tara seconded. Vote was by roll call. All were in favor. None were opposed. None abstained. Motion carried.
