SELECTBOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Zon Eastes, Verandah Porche via zoom
FINANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT: Gordon Little, Sheila Morse, Tammy Sargent
STAFF PRESENT: Erika Elder (Town Administrator), Elly Majonen (Treasurer), Dan Zumbruski (Highway Commissioner), Hannah Tustin (Assistant Town Clerk)
PRESENT VIA ZOOM: Laura Lawson Tucker, Jason Herron

Call to Order: Zon called the meeting to order at 8:30 am.

Laura Lawson Tucker, Guilford Free Library Trustee discussed the Guilford Free Library’s FY25 Budget requests.
Hannah Tustin, Assistant Town Clerk discussed the Town Clerk’s budget requests.

Continued preparing FY 2025 municipal and highway budgets.

MOTION: Zon moved and Verandah seconded to adjourn. All were in favor, no one abstained, no one opposed. Workshop adjourned at 10:39 am.
