MINUTES

SELECTBOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Zon Easteds, Michael Becker, Rusty Marine (via Zoom), Verandah Porche  (via Zoom), Richard Wizansky (via Zoom)

OFFICIALS/ STAFF PRESENT:  Sheila Morse (Interim Town Administrator)

PRESENT in person: Gordon Little (FAC)

PRESENT via Zoom: Tammy Sargent, Lynn Pancake (FAC), Lesley Malouin

Call to Order   at 9:00 a.m.

Continue work on FY 2024 Budgets: General (003) and Highway (009) operating budgets were reviewed one final time prior to being presented to the Selectboard at the 1.23.23 meeting for approval as projected. Also, recommendations for eliminating several unused account lines from the annual budget presentation, or for renaming budget lines to more accurately represent the purpose, or for consolidating redundant budget lines were presented for consideration by the Selectboard 

Adjournment: Zon moved and Rusty seconded to adjourn the meeting at about 10:15 a.m.  All were in favor. None were opposed. No one abstained. Motion carried.
