Guilford Conservation Special Meeting

Attending: Linda Lembke, Linda Hecker, Bill Jewell, Susan Bonthron, Steve Soszynski, Anne Montgomery, Karen Murphy, Marli Rabinowitz

Not attending: Bevan Quinn

Action: Anne Montgomery made a motion to enter executive session to discuss a personnel issue per 1 V.S.A § 313 (a) (3). Susan Bonthron seconded the motion. The roll call was taken and all were in favor. Motion carried. 
GCC Commissioners entered executive session at 5:35 PM.

Action: Bill Jewell made a motion to come out of executive session at 6:35. Anne Montgomery seconded the motion. Roll call taken and all were in favor with one abstention.

Action: Linda Lembke made a motion to continue the commission with the present commissioners. Anne Montgomery seconded the motion. The vote by role call was all in favor with one abstention.
Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 6:45.
