Information exchanged from Reagan about low rent restriction due to grant from Accessory Dwelling Unit and lower assessed value of apartment necessity.

Information exchange, clarification of property record card reflects merging of two parcels.

Additionally, letters of grievance were received from Comcast and two from VTel. As the State of Vermont did the valuation on these parcels, the Town will not defend them. We denied the grievances so they can go back up the chain and be heard by the State. 

Deliberations of Listers and Assessor Clerk concerning four properties:

#1: modification to percentage completion of dwellings

#2: modification to accommodate ADU restrictions

#3: modification to percentage completion of building

#4: no modification of value after clarification for owner
