Notice of Traffic Ordinance Amendment

The Guilford Selectboard adopted amendments to the Traffic Ordinance on October 15, 2025, including:

  • Addition of STOP sign at Akley Rd./Bonnyvale Rd.
  • 25 MPH speed limit on School Road
  • 25 MPH speed limit in Guilford Center Village

    Under 24 V.S.A. § 1973, voters may petition for a townwide vote on the question of disapproving an ordinance. Petition must be signed by 5% of registered voters and filed with Town Clerk within 44 days following the date of adoption. Effective 60 days after adoption unless petition filed. Posted: 10.21.25
