NOVEMBER 5, 2024 GENERAL ELECTION WARNING AND SAMPLE BALLOT

RETURNING BALLOT:

All ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Nov. 5th to be counted. 

First, please place the completed ballot inside the signed Voted Ballot Envelope, then place that inside the return envelope and seal it. Please put your full name in the upper left hand corner of the return envelope. 
Second, there are several ways to return your ballot, which are listed below:Bring your ballot to the Town Clerk’s Office during open hours Mon-Thurs 7:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. 

Drop Box: There is a secure drop box in front of the Town Clerk’s Office where you can return your ballot during the day or after hours. The ballot drop box will close on Monday, November 4th at 5:00 p.m.

Return by Mail: You can also return the ballot via mail using the prepaid return envelope. Allow 7-10 days for delivery to ensure it is received by Election day.

Vote In Person: If you wish to vote at the polls on Election Day, bring your ballot that was mailed to you (including envelopes) to the Guilford Polls at the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Rd. The polls are open from 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. If you do not bring your mailed ballot, you will need to sign an affidavit before being provided with a new ballot and permitted to vote.
