Novemebr 3rd General Election Warning and Sample Ballot
Absentee ballot mailing for the November 3rd election has officially started and will continue through the end of the month. If you do not receive a ballot BY OCTOBER 1ST, please do not hesitate to call the town office at (802) 254-6857 EXT 107 or come in person to request a new ballot. Before you are reissued a ballot you will need to sign an affidavit that confirms:
- 1) You did not receive the ballot that was mailed to you
- 2) Have not voted this election cycle
- 3) That you will only vote once in this election under penalty of perjury
Any new voter that registers to vote in Guilford, from now until the election will automatically be sent a ballot by the town. The Official Warning for the Nov. 3rd Election is below followed by a official Sample Ballot. Lastly, you are not required to vote via Absentee ballot and can vote in person at the polls on election day or in the town office starting Oct 1st for early voting. If you choose to vote in person, to avoid any additional paperwork, you will want to bring the ballot that was mailed to you.
