Viking Village Act 250 Major Hearing September 16, 2026-30 minutes

  • Viking Village, LLC, has applied for an Act 250 permit to construct 6 additional cabins on its property and be granted permission to host 12 events/year with up to 200 attendees.

  • Supplemental documents submitted 9/4/26 by the project’s engineers include a lighting plan, traffic report, event parking space map and a sound modeling report. (Links on Act

  • The Planning Commission has party status. Jeannette Tokarz will attend. At this meeting commission members will discuss what questions or concerns the PC would like to share with the Act 250 District Commission.  Adjournment
